Meet our Team:

Scott Ready

President

Throughout Scott’s 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, he has learned the most from mentors who invested in his growth. Recognizing the power of mentorship early on, Scott began supporting the next generation of builders and in 2018, he was on the founding team of ACE Mentoring Northern Colorado which brought this mentorship model into the classroom for 27 students over 17 weeks. Through his involvement with ACE, he helped foster opportunities for youth to explore their futures in architecture, construction and engineering while connecting with positive industry role models.

In early 2020, Scott paused his construction career to fulfill a lifelong dream of serving his community as a Law Enforcement Officer in Northern Colorado which deepened his passion for advocating for underserved individuals, particularly at-risk youth. Having experienced instability and challenges in his own upbringing, Scott believes in the power that supportive environments—such as team sports and after-school activities—play in fostering resilience and stability for young people.

In 2023, after experiencing the emotional toll of police work, Scott chose to prioritize his mental health and returned to construction. Through therapy and involvement in Mindset Reps, he discovered the power of vulnerability, community and sharing his story. This journey not only helped him heal, but also helped him realize the impact mental health has on ourselves and others around us. He used this experience to strengthen his commitment to helping others navigate their own mental health challenges by fostering confidence and resilience to thrive both mentally and physically.

In 2024, Scott built the framework and directed the inaugural Windsor Fitness Classic competition, a fundraiser for Mindset Reps. This unique event is the only CrossFit competition in Colorado to feature a Parent-Child athlete team division, showcasing to the next generate of athletes the power of fostering connections and creating meaningful experiences for families through fitness.

In addition to serving as Treasurer of Mindset Reps, Scott holds a board position with ACE Mentoring Colorado and actively contributes to the Leadership Northern Colorado planning committee. His day-to-day duties include managing large commercial construction project budgets, finances, and estimates on several projects in Northern Colorado.

In his free time, Scott enjoys staying active, coaching, working with his hands and creating memories with his family. He is married to his wife, Alicia and has two active, creative, fun-loving kids.

Lauren Ollila

Coach, Teen Programming

I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years now. CrossFit gave me the strength, community, and joy that I was searching for after years of grinding away as an endurance runner. This is why I switched from teaching 3rd grade to coaching and owning a CrossFit gym. I love helping people discover the health and happiness that comes from fitness. Once our business was forced to closed down due to lack of funds, I decided to become a firefighter and use my fitness to assist my community in a new way. I still get my coaching fix by working with the amazing youth that our local FYR: Mindset Reps has the opportunity to serve.

Beyond coaching, fitness, and entrepreneurship - he loves fishing, bowhunting, snowboarding, mountain biking, and teaching other people how to do the things he loves! He lives in Louisville, Colorado with his girlfriend and two golden retrievers.
