Scott Ready

Treasurer, Coach

Member since 2023

Scott Ready brings a wealth of experience in finance, leadership, and mentorship to his role as Treasurer of FYR Mindset Reps. With over 20 years in the commercial construction industry, he has led budgeting and financial management for large-scale projects while also dedicating his time to mentoring the next generation. In 2018, he helped establish ACE Mentoring Northern Colorado, connecting students with opportunities in architecture, construction, and engineering.

His passion for serving others led him to a career in law enforcement, where he deepened his commitment to supporting at-risk youth. After experiencing the mental and emotional challenges of first responder work, Scott found healing through fitness, therapy, and community, strengthening his dedication to fostering resilience in others.

In 2024, he directed the inaugural Windsor Fitness Classic, a fundraiser for Mindset Reps, blending his love for fitness with his drive to create meaningful opportunities for youth. In addition to his role with FYR Mindset Reps, Scott serves on the board of ACE Mentoring Colorado and the Leadership Northern Colorado planning committee.

Outside of work, he enjoys coaching, staying active, and making memories with his wife, Alicia, and their two children.

Lauren Ollila

Coach, Teen Programming

I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years now. CrossFit gave me the strength, community, and joy that I was searching for after years of grinding away as an endurance runner. This is why I switched from teaching 3rd grade to coaching and owning a CrossFit gym. I love helping people discover the health and happiness that comes from fitness. Once our business was forced to closed down due to lack of funds, I decided to become a firefighter and use my fitness to assist my community in a new way. I still get my coaching fix by working with the amazing youth that our local FYR: Mindset Reps has the opportunity to serve.
