Expect to spend about 30 minutes a day on the course content and application. Don't worry, we'll help you find the time in your schedule. Workouts are 30β45 minutes, 4x a week. If you are in the mastermind coaching program, you can expect to meet with your small group for 1.5 hours a week.
In the self-paced course, it is recommended that you follow the 13-week progression, but you can progress at your own pace. The mastermind is for those who want more accountability and are more committed to making real changes. The mastermind has an additional 90 minutes of group coaching every week.
Every week you will meet with your dedicated coach and group. You will have the opportunity to review the week's content and track progress. Additionally, every week, one person from the group will be in the "hot seat" where they will receive individualized help from the group in working through barriers, challenges, or goals. This can be anything from your personal to professional life! Learn from each other; each person will be in the hot seat twice!
Our coaches are also first responders, so they understand your schedule. Groups will be built to the best of our ability to accommodate your schedule. For example, some groups may be built around specific shift days or on the front/back half of the week.
We do offer organizational discounts, and portions of your class may be eligible for discounts in Colorado. Just reach out, and we'll help determine if you are a candidate!
