Does this sound like you?
You come home physically and mentally drained—even after a "slow" shift.
Your sleep is wrecked, and even days off don’t feel restful.
Your partner doesn’t feel like they’re getting the best of you anymore.
You’ve stepped into leadership and you want to shift from managing people to actually inspiring them.
You want to work out, but the motivation just isn’t there.

You think it’s just part of the job, but it doesn’t have to be. And you’re not alone.
What if you could

Lead your team with confidence
Build physical and mental resilience
Stick to changes for the long-term

Fall cohort · Aug 24 — week before Thanksgiving
Built by first responders, for first responders. Every week earns the next.
Weeks 1–3 · Foundation — Most programs start with tactics. SHIFT starts with you. Before anything else, you need a clear picture of where you are, what you want, and how you actually operate under pressure.
Weeks 4–6 · Your world — Your body, your mindset, your relationships. These are the pillars that keep you standing when the job tries to knock you down. Each one gets its own expert.
Weeks 7–9 · The hard stuff — Stress, trauma, grief, substance use, emotional regulation, and sleep. Things every first responder is carrying but rarely talks about. This is where we go there.
Weeks 10–13 · Leadership — Leadership is intentionally last. You can't lead a crew, a family, or a department if you're running on empty. You've spent 9 weeks building that. Now we apply it.
Bonus sessions — Full standalone trainings from outside experts woven into the program timeline. These are included, not add-ons.
Everything in SHIFT — This isn't a video course you buy and forget. It's a fully supported program with coaching, community, and accountability built in from day one.
Reconnect with your passion, take control of stress, and build both mental and physical resilience through SHIFT’s 13-week structured roadmap and 12-week fitness plan.
With high-impact lessons on leadership, mindset, and peak performance, you’ll set clear, achievable goals to take your career, health, and leadership to the next level.
Each week, you’ll take real, actionable steps—whether it’s stress management practices, improving sleep hygiene, or mastering leadership skills.
Through weekly action assignments created and led by expert coaches, you’ll achieve small wins that lead to big momentum and lasting change.
Transformation doesn’t happen alone. SHIFT connects you to a private, judgment-free community of first responders facing and overcoming the same challenges.
With coaching office hours, and access to SHIFT’s resource library, you’ll stay motivated, on track, and ready to perform at your best—on and off the job.
Expect to spend about 30 minutes a day on the course content and application. Don't worry, we'll help you find the time in your schedule. Workouts are 30–45 minutes, 4x a week. If you are in the mastermind coaching program, you can expect to meet with your small group for 1.5 hours a week.
In the self-paced course, it is recommended that you follow the 13-week progression, but you can progress at your own pace. The mastermind is for those who want more accountability and are more committed to making real changes. The mastermind has an additional 90 minutes of group coaching every week.
Every week you will meet with your dedicated coach and group. You will have the opportunity to review the week's content and track progress. Additionally, every week, one person from the group will be in the "hot seat" where they will receive individualized help from the group in working through barriers, challenges, or goals. This can be anything from your personal to professional life! Learn from each other; each person will be in the hot seat twice!
Our coaches are also first responders, so they understand your schedule. Groups will be built to the best of our ability to accommodate your schedule. For example, some groups may be built around specific shift days or on the front/back half of the week.
We do offer organizational discounts, and portions of your class may be eligible for discounts in Colorado. Just reach out, and we'll help determine if you are a candidate!
