Liza (mentor/Coach in training)

Many people will feel motivated if they see the result, but not the process. I’ve spent 10+ years in the health and wellness community. From competing in Track and Field in high school to lifting weights in the gym and CrossFit WODS. My process has been challenging mentally and physically, but my WHY is to continue building a lifestyle and good habits. I value fitness as it builds my character. I’m an aspiring Police Officer and former Club Manager with Genesis Health Clubs and Teacher. I value a strong community and want to use my experiences to impact those around me.
